Pan de Los Muertos

Yesterday we celebrated Dia de Los Muertos. It is one of my favorite holidays that is celebrated in our world. I love the joy that is celebrated in remembering those who have passed on. We made Pan de los Muertos, chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, Mexican hot chocolate and little bones made out of pretzels and marshmallows dipped in white chocolate. We talked about memories of people we love who have died, played bingo and enjoyed taking part in another culture.

Catching up on your blog. ;) I love that idea, too! How do you find the time and energy, girl? I'd love to try it next year!
