I had nothing to do tonight, so I thought I would go ahead and whip up 8 loaves of bread. I absolutely love bread. I love making it, there's something so soothing about the whole process of mixing and kneading. Then the aromas as it's cooking. The best part of all is eating it while it's still warm with homemade peach jam.

YUM!!! I love freash baked bread too...who doesn't!! Do you have a nice, easy recipe that you use?
Yum! The one thing I loathe about working full time is that I don't have time to bake anymore! :)
